To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase adult products in your jurisdiction.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any product descriptions or other content on our website. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer support before making a purchase.
4. Order and Payment
By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may vary. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services. Please allow 3-5 business days from date of purchase for orders to be shipped.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns; nor will we exchange a product unless the item is defective. Please note that to ensure the safety and health of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an item is shipped, they are considered to be used and non-resalable.
Enamoré Dulzura accepts merchandise returns for unused manufacturer’s defective or damaged item(s); within the first 30 days from original purchase date. Please send an email to support@enamoredulzura.com and include the defective item’s product name, order/invoice#, and reason for return along with pictures of the defective item. Enamoré Dulzura will send an email confirmation within 24 hours which will include the shipping address.
Please send the defective item to Enamoré Dulzura at the address listed in the confirmation email. Shipment must be postmarked no more than 30 days from original purchase invoice date. Shipments postmarked after the 30-day deadline will not be processed and will be discarded. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item unless you ship with a tracking number and insure the package. Due to health regulations, all returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories (if provided as part of the original purchase).
Once your exchanged is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The email will include a response pertaining to the approval or rejection of your exchange with pictures of the condition of the returned item(s).
Approved returns will be exchanged for duplicate items only. Discontinued items cannot be returned. If a discontinued item is returned, it will be discarded and no replacement will be issued. Any item that has been used will not be accepted for return and will be discarded.
7. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
